SHIPPING METHODS

OYIN ships worldwide!

-We strive to dispatch orders as soon as they have been fulfilled as your purchase is made to order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking information and shipping confirmation via email or text.

- At checkout we will ask for your phone number/email, they will ONLY be used for delivery purposes. We will never share your details with anyone other than our trusted delivery partners.

 EU/International orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.

United Kingdom

Shipping to United Kingdom usually takes 1-3 working days, by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service. Please allow processing time 1-2 working days.

EUROPE 

Shipping to Europe takes 2 working days with DHL Express Europe Service or up to 6 working days with DHL Economy service.  Please allow processing time 1-2 working days.

UNITED STATES

Shipping to United States takes between 2-7 working days with DHL or DPD. Please allow processing time 1-2 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping to the Rest Of The World** can into 7 working days with DHL Express Worldwide service. 

** Please note that some areas might have an extra delivery charge in the form of Duty or Import fee. In this case the delivery partner will shall contact you as soon as possible.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT:

Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import charges required by their local customs authority and for responding promptly to any payment requests issued by the carrier.

If customs charges are not paid within the carrier’s required timeframe, the parcel may be returned to sender. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return fees, reshipping costs, and additional carrier charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returns caused by unpaid customs charges or failure to respond to the carrier.

Although we quality check all items before they are shipped, mistakes can happen but we openly want you to flag issues to us. If an item arrives faulty, please make us aware immediately by emailing contact@oyinstudios.com or DM us on instagram and we promise to correct the issue. 

Please do not attempt to return any items without first contacting as All sales are final.
