Pre Orders & Processing
How Pre Ordering Works:
When you place an order with OYIN we then get to work creating your garments, we do not carry stock. As a new brand we find this system works better so we can better understand our customer and this avoids the creation of unnecessary stock as we don't want to feed into the culture of fast fashion.
At OYIN we will always try to get your orders out as soon as possible, orders completed before the given dispatch date will be shipped promptly. You will receive an email from us one week before its due to be dispatched to check address information. You will then receive tracking information from DHL/DPD/Royal Mail.
'Why is the dispatch date so far away?'
Due to the fact we made each order specifically for you we provide a dispatch date that is realistic as a brand we want to be upfront and honest. Our small production capacity means with some products they can take up to 5 weeks to be dispatched so we ask you take this into consideration before you place your order.
'I've ordered multiple items with different dispatch dates when can I expect to receive them?'
To stay environmentally responsible we will ship all items together meaning the item with the latest dispatch date will be when you receive you full order. We will aim to ship your order as soon as possible but want to be truthful as to when you will receive goods.
